This industrial stacking chair by Galvanitas features two-toned coloring, with a very dark brown frame. The rear of the seat frame is in dark brown, and the front is in green with flamed motif and visible wood grain. This piece was designed in the style of famous industrial designs by Wim Rietveld, Jean Prouvé and Friso Kramer (‘pyramid’ or ‘compass’ base principal). The pagwood seats are made of a high-density veneer or resin composite, and are shock, scratch, break and weather-resistant, and even resistant to burning cigarettes. The frames are not made of tubular construction, as in similar designs of this period, but folded sheet metal, ending in rubber feet. The design of the chair's legs makes it possible to create a bench in just a few seconds, just by placing one leg on the other, which will fit in each other.
