After meeting sometime in late 1933, Duchamp and Cornell remained in contact, and their friendship grew to become mutually influential working relationship. This incredible book, published on the occasion of an exhibition of the same name, presents amongst other things Cornell’s collection of small objects, typed and hand written notes and ephemera found within the ‘Duchamp Dossier’, an absorbing record of the interchange between Cornell and Duchamp.
