Sir Michael Caine Executive Desk Sir Michael Caine: 'The Personal Collection', magnificent large and imposing ‘Big Boss' Executive Desk in the Art Deco style formerly the property of Lady Shakira Caine, made of Birch and Elm, the rectangular inlaid Elm top above a kneehole enclosed by seven drawers surmounted by two pull-out slides, on the opposing side of the desk another large pull out slide for use by a secretary or PA, the pedestals with brass drop handles, and bass sabots, the Elm panels to the sides and facia of the desk elegantly framed in brass, bespoke-ly made by Customcraft of San Fernando, California circa 1980. Provenance: Sir Michael Caine’s home, the desk comes with a letter of provennace stating the desk was the former property of Sir Michael Caine Dimensions: Width: 72" / 183cm Depth: 35.5" / 91cm Height: 29" / 74cm.
