Dutch Mid-Century Modern teak boomerang desk by Louis Van Teeffelen for Wébé, 1950s. This large executive desk in solid teak, teak veneer, rosewood, and brass features three drawers at the front, a valve cabinet, and an extendable shelf. It has a large book compartment at the back so that the desk can also be placed freely in the room. With its slightly curved shape, the XL-desk has the name 'Boomerang' and was designed in the late 1950s by the Dutch Louis Van Teeffelen (1921-1972) for WéBé. The details are executed in dark rosewood, such as a border on the writing surface and the handles. Dimensions: Height 74 cm, 29.1 inch Width 152 cm, 59.8 inch Depth 66 cm, 26 inch.
