Description
Carlos Jacanamijoy was born and raised in the Sibundoy Valley, Colombia. He paints mostly with oils, juxtaposing both bright and muted colors, to create reflections and movement. His large, vivid landscapes embody the transformative nature of creation in the Putumayo jungle through abstractions of color and light.
