A 1950s Cristal Arte mirror with rose mirrored surround and copper frame and original wooden backing.
Cristal Arte was established in 1944 in Turin, Italy, by Giuseppe and Giovanni Donna. Cristal Arte specialised in well-designed plate glass furniture and mirrors, with characteristic use of coloured mirrors and brass and copper frames. Between the 1950s and 1980s it competed with Fontana Arte and Sant Ambrogio & De Berti creating mostly mirrors clients worldwide.
